The primary purpose of the Chapter is to promote the well-being of the order within the Diocese of San Bernardino, where the chapter is organized, to sponsor all programs as proposed by the Supreme Council, State Council, or by the Chapter, and to conduct for the good of the order one major chapter wide activity each year.
